COSTUMES ARE IMPORTANT for HALLOWEEN!

I've made no secret over the last two years how much I've loved the simple, gentle, and family-oriented Funnies' Page strip TIGER by the late lamented BUD BLAKE (R.I.P.).
Mr. Blake's distinctive style of rendering each of his strip's players was just pure magical whismy as far as I'm concerned.
