Today (Ocober 20) is the birthday of the late GREATBELA LUGOSI.
Although my favorite horror actor is Vincent Price, and although I have a real fondness for Peter Lorre, Warner Oland, and Lon Chaney Sr., (and Karloff of course).... I would have to say that after Price, LUGOSI is my favorite. Go watch yourself a slew of his movies in these last remaining days leading up to Halloween.
Of the classic horror actors Peter Lorre was always my favorite followed by Lugosi, Vinnie - (I know Vinnie doesn't fit into the classic horror actors, but so what - it's your blog, but it's my list) - Karloff, Chaney Sr., and Chaney Jr.
